I was planning on doing a service this weekend but after checking the discs/pads I've found that they need replacing, cutting down my budget.
I have enough oil left over from previous services to change the oil without having to buy any more. They are all the same grade (10W40) but different brands.
I wouldn't have thought this would make any differrence, would it??
Thanks,
Rich

I would have thought this would be ok, but some brands have better quality oils than others.
You could try emailing Opie Oils they'll know.
