just been out in partners car and no sound from radio or cd.Display lights up and all buttons work.Worked fine yesterday any ideas?51 reg 1.1 standard stereo.

loose connection at rear of stereo or a blown fuse

Ill say this before anyone else ... Did you try turning it up?? lol

Location: Taking a gearbox off somewhere

Turn the ignition off completely, take the key out and put it back in and turn it on again and it will work I dont know why this happens but it sometimes does.
