This just started yesterday, when I open the drivers door, there is a sound like a gunshot Shocked It frightened the crap outta me the first time.
It also makes the same noise when closing, only not as loud.
I know the doorcard is going to have to come off, but I was wondering if anyone else has this experience before??

100% correct, and yes you will need to remove the doorcard to remove, and fit the new one.

Thanks for the replys.
I don't think its loose. I put my finger on it to feel if it vibrates. The loud bang seems to come from behind the door card, unless you mean tighten it up on that end.
