is so how do u do it as my pedel is higher now and now doin more miles in car it a pain can i make it sit lower down so nicer to drive with?

I know exactly what you mean mate.

All 206 have an auto-adjusting clutch cable mechanism, so you cannot adjust it as such.

I recently replaced the whole clutch set and cable due to it being very stiff and having a sensitive
left knee. Best money I've ever spent on the pug..

(The springs go stiff over time due to metal fatigue.)

However some models have a hydraulic clutch system which I know nothing about.

Just change the clutch cable, only about £20. If it makes a difference then brilliant but if not then it doesnt matter.

how did you get the pedal higher?

not sure ive ever seen a way to adjust it, although my best guess would be on the master cylinders somewhere.

it will be hydraulic which has no adjustment. if the pedal is getting higher then i would guess at the clutch starting to wear out
