Looking to upgrade my front fog light bulbs which gives out good output for when they are needed to be used, have found this thread

but just curious as to if there are any other bulbs and what fitment the bulbs need to be

fog is H1 and LED bulb is useless in fog so as main light

any particular bulb you would recommend mate which isn't LED?

I have Halfords all weather ones in mine. They are a kind of yellowish purple look and work very well in fog.
I wouldnt really spend a lot on bulbs as you dont use them that often.

don't plan on spending alot on them, just thought before I fit my masked foglights that I would change the bulbs

i got some lucas all weather bulb, but they are quite yellowish

When I had the 530d I passed someone at night. Flashed my fog lights on/off at them & they turned them off. I think I was mistaken for a police officer a few times
