Hiya guys, Ive brought my car and in the last month the drive shafts gone, and now the rad on its way out because it steaming! so, can someone advise if changing the rad myself is good idea if so point me in direction of how to i have had a look buttt, cant find !!!!! cheers x

I changed mine mate by myself think there's bolts holding it at the top then you need pliers to undo the clips connecting the pipes, then reverse the process, just make sure you bleed the new rad as you don't want it getting air locked and overheating again. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.

thats only problem im struggling with, bleeding and refilling ect.

Cut the bottom off a lemonade bottle, put it upside down into the coolant tank and use duct tape to seal it, then fill gradually with the engine running and the heater on full. You'll be able to observe the air bubbles work their way out of the system.
