sounds like headace. i take it i would have to glue them back on, what glue would i have to use?

Silicone would be the best stuff to use

will the oven not damage anything else? dont have a heat gun will a hair dryer do the job?

the silicone sealant shouldn't be set solid to begin with ? just stick a knife in it and cut around then peel it off when its separated

Stick them in the oven. I've done loads. Softens the glue equally and less chance in melting anything as you won't be tempted to hold the heat gun too close

Put them on the middle shelf and pre-heat the oven.
20 mins for Ultra/In.pro
15 mins for china crap
