Is there anyway to round the back of a sil without taking the whole car apart? I have a small hole probably 1cm in the bottom of my drivers side sil. I got rid of the rust but it made a hole 
Whats the best way of fixing this cheap can i just fill it as its only small and then sand a repaint?

If it's only 1cm you can probably get it welded. An average welder should be able to bridge a hole that size. Grind it smooth and paint it.

Part of the cars bodywork i've managed to fibreglass and repaint it will upload some pics in a minute.

I used fiberglass to fill the hole then put on some more rust remover. This made a new hole  so I just filled it in with car body filler. After than i put primer on it, filled it some more, primered it again then sprayer it. Need to try and blend it in better but my machine polisher isn't doing the job. Still need to lacquer it. Not perfect but better than having black bits of rust all over it

Last picture doesn't look bad at all, I tried fixing a dent that way once went completely tits up

It's cause it a bit wet its not to bad to be honest quite impressed as I've tried spraying before and it has been shocking but i've got the hang of it now. Still need to do the other side hopefully that will turn out the same if not better.

A tip for masking. Get two inch masking tape and fold it back on itself (a bit like a U shape). It gives you a soft masking line and looks more blended rather than having a ridged masking line.
A bit difficult to describe, easier to show.
Nice repair job though.

The sill is a structural part of the body and really should be WELDED ... fibreglass and filler isn't really string enough in the event of an accident!

Hope your right the hole was tiny and tbh the car is only worth about £700 so im going to take that risk anything that will have that much of an impact on the cars structure will kill me whether its welded or filled.

I have the other side to do as well but its only a tiny amount of rust i just need to sand back and treat hopefully without any holes this time so will give it a try. Thanks

Aren't 206s galvanised? My guess is that the car received a minor scrape or other paintwork defect, which removed the thin galvanised coating, and was left for a long time like this (maybe a year or more). Then, since this was the ONLY area of exposed steel, it rusted to the point of going through the metal.
Filler is kinda awkward, it attracts moisture, so its a bit of a nightmare trying to control corrosion and fill holes up. Basically, you need to fill the area then get the paint on ASAP, to protect the filler from moisture and further corrosion. Filler expands when it gets moist, often cracking paint too. Its okay if its just a really thin skim over tiny scratches in metal, to smooth the surface, but anything more and it leads to paintwork defects later on.
Having said all that, its on the sill - not really a noticeable area for paintwork defects, so you'll probably be okay. And its arguable whether a small hole will significantly reduce the strength of the sill, although it would earn an MoT fail if it were discovered (which is unlikely since you've covered it quite well with filler and paint!)
