hello all
i have had a quick seach and can't get a definate answer.
Does my 2003 2.0 Hdi have a DPF? i am curious to see if it has becasue ive had a AntiPollution fault and i am getting the codes read tomorrow ive had some strange syptoms since this fault came in
Overrunning when i turn the engine off
the car will not go much more than 40 even with my foot planted to the floor
engine seems to skip or jump slightly when idle.
its kinda got me a little paranoid about using my car now so ive arranged to get the fault codes read but is there any idea whats causing this?
i do have a leaky Injection pump and diesel gets everywhere (i have placed an order for a replacement gasket to re seal it) could it be that diesel is leaking into or onto one of the sensors causing it to trip?
cheers

It has a cat/particulate filter but it is an 'old school' system as in it is just a traditional filter with no electronic control or additive

I will, i'll get a pic I looks like a little tank thing next to my
main fuel tank made out of the same material.
I even phoned peugeot up once about cambelt, guy on the phone
Asked for the mileage, so I told him and he said that's ok but
Some fluid wants toppin up and particular filter change in at 58,000miles
