For Past Few Days Battery Light Has Been Coming On When I Turn Steering Quickly...Also Lose Power Steering For A Sec....Is My Alternator On Way Out ?

hi sounds like your alternator belt is slipping and maybe needs tightening or replacing,as it's not keeping up the tension under load.

possibility is a belt that has expired become dry and lose elasticity, resulting in a hot state of the belt will be easy to slip
