hi guys i have been offered a 2006 206 1.4 diesel van with 70,000miles on the clock for £1500.

the turbo is not spinning is this a cheap easy fix to change?

the guy im getting it off says its not and it needs a new one what else could be wrong?

well the second hand Turbos is not expensive as the brand new ones :(,so as long it's not spining then you need a replacment.
