Hi All,

Bit of an Odd one here...

My car runs as it should most of the time, with no warning lights showing (touch wood it continues that way!)

Until you hit high motorway speed, then the ABS light comes on and stays on until.... Well, until it feels like going off!
Turn Ignition Off, then back on and drive a couple of miles and it goes off and stays off until you hit high speed again.

2.0 16v 138 in the 206CC

Anyone else had this problem? I'm guessing it is just an electrical fault... But hopefully someone can shed a bit of light!

Thanks

One of the ABS rings on the front driveshafts will be cracked.

Common issue.

That's common for the ring as everyones said.

Then 2 weeks later the sensor went on the same side!

1 week after that the other side went... ring and sensor replaced and now its fine :-S

Can buy the rings seperate. They're sweated on. About 5-10 quid...

I'd just buy a new CV on each side. J and R CV's on ebay sell them for about 15 quid a pop.
