It's fine when lights off but when I put my lights on I cannot see display unless it is pitch black outside, if it's just getting low light outside so I turn on my side lights the display is so dim I can't read it.
Any ideas?

All 206s do dim these lights when the lights are on however this does seem a bit extreme! You haven't changed the bulbs behind the displays or anything have you?

Either a bulb(s) has gone or you need to adjust the brightness using the buttons on the instrument cluster, this procedure is in the owners handbook or somewhere on here.

It's on full but still can't read it unless completely dark outside

Is the dimmer wheel working correctly on the rest of the dash / instrument cluster backlights?

It only dims the instrument speedo and surround.
It doesn't dim or brighten the radio display or climate control

Doesn't do it on mine either. Put it down to poor design.
