I think this is the simplest way to get this meet up and running.
POLL for Northwest members availability
We can then plan the best appropiate time/date etc for the next meet for everyone.

Hi Rob,
Just select a day that suits you the most.
If you have more than one day you want to select, I've selected all of the above, chances are your other days you wanted to select could be the percentage of some other members choices.
Does that help?

I would vote, but Saturday, as a daytime would be my ideal, unfortunately, I'm 'bout one hour away, but me and the missus might be going to MCR for a night in a hotel, so might be able to make it on a sunday
