Hi, ive just bought a 1.6 xs 8 valve on a 1999 (v) i noticed when driving home there's a wurring / grinding noise coming from the front left, i took it for mot 3 days ago and was advised there was a noisy joint in the n/s driveshaft but it failed on the cv boot being split so i decided to change the whole shaft, took the car out yesterday and the noise is still there, it can't be the bearings as ive check them about 3 times no movement at all! ANY HELKP AS LOOKING TO SELL THE CAR AND WON'T BE ABLE TOO WITH NOISE! Cheers
