The car has started light knocking from the front wheel. so today i grabbed it and pulled it left to right, there was movement in the wheel and there was some movement when doing the same at 12 and 6 oclock. wheel studs are tight and the knock i don't think is the arm or steering rod. so do you think the bearing has gone? there is no rumbling. what size is the hub nut and have you done one?

You will need a press if you want to change the bearing.
