Passenger side engine support is practically a block of gum with a bolt that is screwed to a nut welded to chassis.
Now, my problem is that nut is no more welded! I replaced it with a "blocked" one, but engine movement makes it always loosen...
Anyone had this problem and managed to solve it?
Thank a lot!

you could always get a garage to tack the nut back on with a welder

Have you tried using an anti shake washer under the nut?

Thread lock is useless, better of with a Nordlock washer, they never come loose Wink

Yes mate... The two ARB bolts on the rear radius arms, the rear damper bolts. We spanner check before each event now. The engine mount ripped the captive out of the chassis but with the 16swg plate over it there seems to be no further issue

Might be worth looking in to some Nordlock washers, there fitted to a lot of forklifts.

Once torqued up these never come undone by themselves.
