My gti was miss firing so I changed the coil pack and it's been fine for 2 weeks but now started to miss again
Plugs don't look dodgy they seem fine it's got ngk-r plugs in it but if I accelerate gently it slowly builds up speed without misfiring but if I rev the car it splutters?

206 + NGK spark plugs = MISFIRE
Its been covered so many times on here in the past.
Bosch plugs are what you need to fit.

Also if it helps, it runs fine on idle and doesn't miss
Went about 2miles at 50mph and didn't miss a beat was smooth as anything but if I stop and pull away it splutters and then clears at like after 2k rpm, just seems to be when it's under pressure

I'd check everything fuel related tbh with you. If you have access to diag equipment, look at the fuel parameters in the engine ecu, and when the spluttering occurs, check what pressure its at, and compare it to under load, and idle. You should see a drop in pressure and then a pick up again.
This could indicate a number of things, the fuel filter could be partially blocked/clogged, the fuel rail may not be holding its pressure correctly, or more often than not, it could be the fuel pump on its way out.
NOTE- this is only a suggestion to check, not an actual diagnosis.

Pumps failing on 206's is virtually unheard of though.

Ok so far I tried changing the map sensor and it's still the same, I had a spare lying around
It idle fine and doesn't misfire at all and if you build the revs slowly it doesn't misfire it's only if you put your foot down a little and want a bit more power it spits like a misfire

It could just be a weak coil pack...

It's been fine for 2 weeks, do you think it could be fuel filter?
