i want to purchase this, but i need confirmation, is it pug and play? need valve spring and also do i need pulley change?

To fit on a 206? I think the heads are different.

Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

i remember is plug and play; have seen people fitting saxo vts cam on their 206 but i will be surprise if you can gain anything at all.

i am not sure where did you got your information from but that's not what i have been seen from RR, although you could argue the car might have run poorly or bad remap. and i start to recall you might have to drill and tapped the head to fit the inlet cam.....
