i want to purchase this, but i need confirmation, is it pug and play?
need valve spring and also do i need pulley change?

To fit on a 206? I think the heads are different.

i remember is plug and play; have seen people fitting saxo vts cam on their 206
but i will be surprise if you can gain anything at all.

some say 140 hp but with valve spring, remap too

i am not sure where did you got your information from but that's not what i have been seen from RR, although you could argue the car might have run poorly or bad remap.
and i start to recall you might have to drill and tapped the head to fit the inlet cam.....
