Car drives well but has the judder doesn't really bother me but bought the car last month and it has a 3 month warranty. Would this fall under the warranty or not as the clutch is general wear and tear?

depends on what is coverd by the warrenty mate as they are all diffrent, i had a rac one on a golf i got a couple of yrs back and that did cover the clutch so best bet is read the paperwork or call the co that the warrenty is with.
