When my car idles, it makes a 'churning' sort of sound and the rev needle jumps very slightly above 900rpm in time to it. This has only been an issue since the new manifold/decat.
The first thing that springs to mind is 'idle control valve' but I wanted to check with you guys to see what you think?
Thanks in advance.

A few details about your car would be beneficial, but if it's only happened since the new manifold/decat, I would start there.

1.1 Y reg, 2001.
I didn't really want to start taking everything apart unless I was certain it was causing the problem.

What did you do about the post-cat (second) sensor?
