Its a furst for me tbh,
Does it feel like it hits something? I would take the doorcard off and also take the rubber seal off on the inside and try again,
I suppose at a guess it could be a dying motor in the window mechanism

Either something on the regulators or someone has fitted a stop block.

recently bought the car and noticed the fault (used as a bargaining tool!) yes it feels like it hits something, the front then goes down maybe half a centimetre more, and the rest of the window stays where it is... it'll still go back up on the otherhand! thought id ask to see if its a common thing because the weather here is atrocious!!

Wonder if the door speaker has been replaced before the car was sold?
If the speaker is to deep it will obstruct the window.

I think this is the problem too easily resolved with a woodern ring the speaker screws onto pushing speaker 1 inch out

hadn't thought of the speaker! though i would've thought someone would replace them as a pair... passenger side window works fine! is there any special clips/fitment onto the runners? pretty new to the peugeot scene, was previously tooling around in an assortment of jap cars!

glass just rolls through a sort of motor but it is hitting something at the bottom.. could be the rear magnet of the speaker or the wire is too taught. take the doorcard off when the rain stops and peel back the white foam stuff and look to see what the window is fouling on

i think there's 3 or 4 plastic locators once there in it needs pushed towards the front or rear.
if you look at the locator tabs you should see which way it needs to go to lock back in to place
