enigine running strangely after start

every time i start my car it runs fine for about 2 minutes. after about 2 minutes it sounds as if it suddenly looses a cylinder and idles wierdly and if i accelerate wont rev properly. if i turn my car off and on again it runs fine for the rest of the journey. it tends to happen when the car is cold. any idea????

Maybe coilpack on its way out? Not sure though just a thought
