I removed my door card to fit some new speakers but now after I've put door card back The covers keep seeming to fall out and just not securing themselves, none of The plastic slots are broken either.

Had this before, the door card is slightly out of line somewhere as it needs to be perfect to get the clips on the handle to hold .

Yeah had the same problem as well, if the door card is even the least bit off, clips don't get in right and it'll keep falling off. You need to take the door cards back off and ensure they get back on perfect.
