Nope.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCCBX6-k0UU

And I was old enough back then to drive one.

More harmonics but it certainly reminded me of it. Smile

i need install a stand alone ECU in my gti 180, but i dont want lose the funtion of the panel instrument and the headlight. When installing the stand alone ECU i disconnected the sensors from the original ECU to engage them in the stand alone ECU, but i lost the operation of the instrument panel and headlight. i want change the ECU but keep the normal funtion of the car (instrument panel, headlight, A/C, etc and did not throw errors the bsi).

i know that is possible, but i dont know how.

thanks

You need to keep at least the crank sensor connected to fool the ecu into thinking it still controls the engine.
