Firstly hello! Got my first 206 yesterday although not a pug virgin, I do also have a 106 gti lol.
Anyway it's a cracking little car but the display isn't working we've found the issue with it but cannot repair it. I've been looking for a replacement part but am also struggling to source one the part number as far as I can see is 96443821zr can anyone suggest anything at all please? Many thanks

It should have a ppt number on it, either 20, 30 or 40.
Are you sure its not repairable there's a guide on here on how to fix a faulty ppt30 display.
If not then it you will be just chancing your luck as to if any other replacement you buy will be faulty without the seller proving it, me and my friend were both after one and we went to a local scrapyard removed two from two 206's parked next to each other, the scrapyard wouldnt allow us to check so we paid for them £10 each, got back to my car mine worked his didnt but the scrapyard wouldnt take it back. Just down to pott luck in that situation.

Well I've been looking on eBay and I can't find any that have the same part number. As far as mine goes it's the pads that have come loose and they can't seem to be able to re solder them sorry I'm not sure what you mean by ppt?

Have a look at that guide to make sure it cant be repaired before you buy a new one. If not as far as im aware so long as you get the sameppt type it doesnt matter on the numbers.

In that case have a look in the for sale section on here for someone breaking a 206 or see if anyones got one for sale.
Otherwise have a try at a local scrapyard, or ebay but be careful some people make you think your getting a display but instead send you a copy of the guide i linked to off here and charge you for it.

Have seen those on eBay thanks for the heads up there though, the guys have tried 2 units and plugs didn't fit. I sound a bit vague only as I haven't done this myself so only going on what I've been told. Will be off to the scrappy tomorrow then! Trust my luck the garros has only done 65k never thought it would be broke already lol

If you can check it before you pay for it, alternatively it could not be a problem with the display but with the connector plug/wiring for the display.

The pin is Deffo broken to the display but for some reason the solder won't sit and take . So in theory any of the 4 bulb units should work if the plugs do?
