Need new gear gaiter

Just wondering if anyone knows how much it would be to get a new gear stick gaiter from peugeot? or a similar place? got one from scrappy but guy cut it off instead off taking gear knob off, so ended up sewing it up, but aint in great condition really, but its leather unlike old one, so am after another leather one if possible.

Also how its fitted at the moment, there's a ridge around the top of the gaiter where its supposed to sit flush with the gear knob, any ideas how to get it flush?

i think it would come with gearknob and gaitor from peugeot, could be wrong though
