I just finished working on the car turned the radio on and a f*ckin ‘CODE IN’ message comes on! DOH!!!

WTF?? Wall Bang

I have no idea what code I need and the stupid thing is keeping a score of how many times I get it wrong too! Evil or Very Mad

All I did was swap one headlight and remove the negative battery connection at one point.
Now that was Haynes suggestion...

I touched nothing else, electrical wise.

Guys, I cannot live without my tunes turned up to 100!! Crying or Very sad

Please help! Neutral

Disconnecting the battery, will enable the anti-theft part of the radio.

1st. Check it's not written on the back of the radio.

If its not,
PM Matt or Lee (they both offer(ed) the option to give you a code. Only a £1 or £2.)

That's new to me... Confused

I'll make sure I don't touch it next time I can't be bothered with this anti-theft bs...

The book isn't with me...do I stick two long rods in the holes to remove it?

Remove the headunit, it may be on the back. If not give the serial to someone and they will generate the code
