i have the same kind of leak, mine is the head but its not as bad as that. the cam shaft seal can leak down that sideof the engine. if you remove the cam belt cover and have a look if its wet around the seal.

Checked the left corner closest to you where the headgasket sits?
Mine leaks little from there, head gasket is at fault.

As it looks like there's no trace of oil above the oil filter and fluid follows gravity then it couldn't be a head gasket and as you've just had the oil filter changed and the leak was apparent immediately after then it looks simply like the oil filter has a poor seal against the engine. So either it hasn't been tightened enough or the sealing area wasn't cleaned before fitting
If a garage did that for you then that's a classic rookie mistake of not checking the oil filter is sealed after refilling with oil and running the engine. If there's no trace of oil above the oil filter then take it back and get a free engine wash as the leak is big and close to your exhaust so it's dangerous

He's done other stuff for me before and been great, he also charges half the going rate for labour around here.. I have my doubts that it's just the oil filter seal to be honest as I know there was a bit of oil before it was changed.. I'm thinking it's probably the seal as well as something else.. I'll ask him to have a look while it's up on the ramp to see if he can see where the leak's coming from
