Try a screw removal tool. At least you won't have to drill a hole in it first.
If you do need to put it on a bench, you might as well just buy a new brake cylinder and bleed nipple. They are only a few quid and will be as easy to replace as it would be to mess about removing the cylinder to do the work on it.

tried an easy out in it, them things seriously suck, its super awkward to get at from under the car so had no luck with it, it just wudnt stick for me, kept spinning.
getting new nipples tomoro for it, then removing, drum, shoes etc. is there an easier way to do this? live disconnecting the arm or sumthing?

Not really. Just take the drums and shoes out and replace the wheel cylinders on both sides. They are about £13 each. Back off the handbrake adjuster nut at the handbrake lever end and take photos of how the brake springs attach before dismantling the shoes. Be ready to put new shoes in unless they are in really good condition

Just buy a pair of new wheel cylinders, they come with new nipples anyway.
