Hi everybody. I have a Peugeot 206 engine 1.1 2001. I am suffering from this engine as it is very slow. I am wondering if it is possible to replace it by a bigger one such as: 1.4; 1.6 or even 2.0. I asked some friends and told me that this car is very light for 1.6 or 2.0 engine and will cost a lot. So, I need other opinions. First, Is it possible to replace my old engine by a bigger one? Second, Does it worth effort and cost?

Many thanks Smile

Possible = Yes, Worth it = Nope Razz

Peugeot fitted 1.6 & 2.0 litre engines to the 206 in both petrol & diesel versions, Peugeot's design & engineering department know much more about the 206 then your friend does Wink

Toyota C-HR GR Sport 2.0 Hybrid with JBL & Alcantara packs.
