Hi
I have searched but cant find a thread ive seen before about what engine oil to use. I went on to opie oils and put my 206's info in (1.1 lx 2001)
its said to use 5w-40. Is this correct as I've been told to use 10w-40 instead?
thanks for any help

Just realized I've had 5w-30 for the last two months. Would it have done any damage, just bought the 10w-40 castrol from halfords. Gonna change it soon

It's jus the thickness at lower temps.

Halfords recommend 5w40 but 10w40 is mor suitable.

It won't do any damage.

Thanks for your help, got some engine flush as halfords had a good deal on the oil. Gonna borrow a tank pump from a friend at work so I don't have to get dirty Smile
