Hard to tell from the video but first thing i would do is, jack the car up take the wheels off and check the brake pads to make sure there not low, also check for stones etc that could be trapped. Could also be the disc protector/backing plate, so check thats not catching the disc as you spin it round.
If none of the above check for play in the wheel as it could be the wheel bearing on its way out.

that thing turned out to be what looks like a metal ring that was sitting behind the wheel bearing, it was cracked in half :/ the ring fell out, noise is all gone
