Well it's above the manifold so it's not the head gasket. Looks like either the rocker cover seal or the sealant holding the upper camshaft housing has failed.

Looks like it's the rocker cover seal have failed as Edward said,try to replace it first,as it's a simple DIY job :),if that didn't fix the problem,well think of other causes,but you need to give it a good clean when you change the seal.
