Sorry if this has been covered before, i did a search on my phone but could only come up with this
www.206info.co.uk/Foru...=3238.html
Which says the 180 uses 5.3L for an oil and filter change, now i don't have the owners manual to hand so am unable to check that. When i checked autodata today before i went to order my parts it still says 4.25L even for the 180.
I'd just like to verify the correct amount if anyone knows, as the oil will be in a 5L container and i'll obviously have to get another litre if it takes 5.3 as i suspect it does!
Thanks.

according to the handbook is 3.8-5.3

Just like to point out that ServiceBox (which is what Peugeot use for all their data and tech) advises the EW10J4S engine requires between 4.75lts and 5.6lts, whenever I have serviced the EW10J4S, it has been AT LEAST 5.2lts, especially if you drain the system properly and fill the new oil filter slightly before fitting.
Always buy 6 litres

I will be buying 6 litres each time by the looks of things. I havent had the car long and it was serviced just before i bought it so this is the first time i'll be doing it, and wanted to double check which was the correct information.
Thanks for the help everyone!
