My glow plug light doesn't come on in the mornings when I go to work or when I leave to go home.
Is it meant to come on?

Lol I was just about to make a thread about this. Mine is not coming on now? Was before though? And my temp on the mfd is at 12 all the time???

It hasn't come on since I bought it.
My mate plugged his 5k snap on computer into it recently and it didn't show up with any issues at all.
My temperature is working fine.

think it has be close to hell freezing over before the glow plugs come on in the 2.0 hdi

my old vans one only use to come on (for like 2secs) in weather that was below 0

Mine comes on every morning over the last month for about 2-3 seconds. Sometimes struggles to start if its been left for more than 24 hours.

mine has been coming on though and now it has stopped? started yesturday

Mine is the dreaded 1.6 hdi so maybe different.
