What are the key differences between the GTi 180 and the GTi?
What are the common problems if any with the GTi 180 and what should you look out for if buying one?
Thanks

That's the funniest post I've ever seen on here
Have a search bud, any answer you want on this will have been answered many times before.
If you want to performance modify buy a Gti if you want something good out of the box buy a 180.

I do (and have) mod cars but well I'm looking at the out the box option for the 206 at present.
Yes I guess most things will have been covered but my search didn't come up with the answers I was looking for?
Key differences in the 2 models?
Big_Rich180 are you saying the normal GTi can be tuned for the extra 50 bh? What can you tune the 180 to?

The 180's are an a**e to get power out of unless you have lots of monies, Gti's seem to be easier to get power out of for less money.
But the 180 is better handling and better spec out of the box....most are also only 160(ish) BHP from the factory, im not sure if the Gti's make the quoted power or not.
(In the good old days comments like this would spark a good old fashioned ruckus )

So is it worth me getting excited about buying a 180 or should I just accept it's got 4 wheels with tyres on?
