i was changing the front speakers in my car this morning as mine had gone and i first found this was wandering what was ment to be plugged into it the other side has a wire coming out of it going towards wing mirror i have a 2002 1.4 8v quicksilver
and then i saw this in my door i think it is ment to be some type of sound deading not sure

Electric operating adjusters for wing mirrs as yours is a poverty model they were not factory fitted

Or heated wing mirror's.....or on REALLY posh models the folding wing mirrors

Those are for heated mirrors i had that in my old 2000 xs i had, i fitted heated mirrors and it ran off the rear window heater.
