I see a star shaped screw I personally think its an adjuster for the limit of amount of throttle its like one of them Star shaped ones. Its on the throttle lever where you can push it with your thumb.
Just wondering the size of the Tool i would need as there's loads of different sized in halfords, Looked in the Haynes manual and online but can't seem to find anything.

Buy a set of Torx bits. If its small try a set with T5 - T40 and that should cover it

It's a "Don't touch it if you have no idea what it does" screw. You find quite a few of them all over the car
A picture might help. It might be an adjuster to stop the lever going too far back, so adjusting it might reduce the idle speed, on the other hand, it might let the throttle open more, a bit of a poor mans speed limiter.
