What's the best oil for the 180 engine and spark plugs, also is a piper cross panel filter worth it, can you replace the fuel filter in the 180s?

well the search thing is crap on this forum, money must be tight down England and wales if thats what us are using, i thought forums like this was for info and help. whats the point in me sitting there all night trying to search when someone could answer me with-in 5 minutes of posting?

This guys new to site and wont know whats covered or not...he might not have known about the search function proply so its a bit off takin the pxxs like lads...we all start off somewhere...

Anyway for oil just get the best you can afford and if thats the magnatecs etc. Get that...as for plugs get bosch as they seem to work with these engines better than other brands...ok mate...

I used Castrol Edge 0W-40 with no issue's, I guess its down to personal preference really, as long as you don't buy cheap s**t you should be fine.

If your still unsure contact Opie Oils and they will recommend a good oil to use.

Just checkin as no ones really mentioned the obvious but you guys do know what the letters and numbers of these oils mean???im well aware but do people know or do they just follow blindly???

Yes, its the viscosity or whatever the word is of the oil at cold and at temerature.

thank you, i dont think u could of sed this any better really, its the main reason am on this forum, to learn and understand my gti180 more, so i can look after it and always make sure it get the right parts.
