Windows not shut, blocked drain holes at bottom of doors, door/window seals perished, sunroof leaking, door cards removed and not been resealed. They're the places I'd start looking. Gone through any deep water recently?
Get a Vax and suck the water out and dry the carpets off as much as you can using it. You're going to have problems with the car fogging up at this time of year. Ideally you could do with putting it in a body shop oven for a couple of hours to get some heat into it to dry it out properly.

Check the door membrane (foam behind door card) for tears and rips, I had a wet passenger footwell at the front which was down to a small hole at the bottom of the membrane so I smeared silicone over it and its now sealed

There's a drain hole on the bottom, front/inside the door frame and I bet that's blocked.

Have you lost any engine coolant. Can sometimes be caused by a cracked or leaking heater matrix.
