Osram or Philips seem the preferred choice for standard crystals.

ECP have Osram Nightbreaker+ @ £12.49 (twin pack) and Philips Visionplus @£15.90 (twin pack).
Halogen are the recommended although mtec (Xenon) are quite cheap. 55w power draw and 100w output (road legal) and are £10.99. If you just put 100w bulbs in, then they aren't road legal and could damage the wiring.

You need 2 x H1 (foglights) and 4 x H7 (dipped and main beam)
501 are the sidelights and H2 aren't used on a 206 unless you have aftermarket lights.
It should be stamped/printed on top of the headlamp unit which bulbs are fitted. Just open the bonnet and have a look if you're unsure.
Don't know why you're replacing the fog light bulbs unless they are blown. Unless you're one of the idiots that drives around with them turned on in clear visibility, new bulbs won't make a difference to how much light they put out in normal driving conditions. Just replace the dipped beam and throw the main beam ones in if you do a lot of driving on unlit roads.
