How many miles can I expect to get out of my 206 GTI 2000 X
I am thinking it will be down to how its been looked after in the past, mine has full peugeot service history 12 stamps plus 3 stamps from other garages in the last 2 years....
The guy who owned it for 10 years before me just paid peugeot to replace or do anything that was required. I have over 6k's worth of reciepts. One peugeot gold service cost him £700!
The clock now reads 105,000 and I'm banging 2000 motorway miles on it a month, its just got me wondering

Wouldn't want your petrol bill! Mines on 47k miles, 8 years old. Its rattly as hell and there's something up with the clutch, and its always been serviced every 10k.

I think there's a lot of luck involved, my engine is the quitest engine I have ever known for a 206 GTI. I am putting £400 quid a month in the tank
The tesco clubcard points are racking up though, I'll buy a new bucket and sponge soon when my vouchers come through

2bh mate I think 'dealer' servicing is bulls**t they charge a bomb and only use standard grade stuff any way fair enough if it was a brand new car and I needed to do it for warrantee sake, but I'd always do it my self and keep receipts, I think most cars are good for 150k IMO so long as they arnt burning oil or loosing water.
