My wheels seem to wobble a lot when driving, I think it could have something to do with the suspension as they wobble up and down not side to side, I have had the drop link rods changed but hasn't made much difference. Any ideas ? Very Happy

Get a garage to check wheels are balanced correctly, could have had a weight fall off...

yea sounds like the balancing, if it only does it at certain speeds then thats the culprit.

How do you know they wobble up and down. Are you hearing a thumping noise or have you somehow seen it?

Could be a couple of things but to be honest the only real way to solve it would be to jack it up and start pulling, pushing and shaking the wheels till you find which part is moving that shouldn't be. Be careful with the jack though obviously.
I'm guessing it may be either track rod end or wish bone bush. But you or someone will need to take a closer look at what's going on.
Although I'm surprised who ever change your drop links didn't have a look around whilst changing it.

They ain't that cheap buddy. I would seriously recommend looking closer at the problem. I would want to be responsible for suggesting you replace the wishbone without confirming it first.

You may need a long bar to help force the wishbone up and down to look for any play.
Good luck

Also check antiroll bar mounting rubbers for play.

Is the clunking an exhaust knock against the floor?

Broken spring?

Knackered damper?

Engine mounts even?

Loose radiator?

Loose battery?
