Every ones saying about not touching a 1.1 especially at a young age but ive started with a few mods just to make it look a little better than standard. (yes the few mods i have already done and the few upcoming ive already notified my insurance company)...
I've brought some cades on finance costing me around 20 pound a month for the next two years, came with brand new tyres of which i needed to replace two of mine anyway. Ive ordered my Uk legal pressed plates of which only cost me £20 and on the look out for a badgeless boot strip.. Going to the scrappy tomorrow to pick up a set of front and back gti lights( just to get rid of those ugly 1.1 ones. Ive also got a sony headset now fitted and a vibe 1300 watt sub running of a jbl amp.
Next pay day before i fit the alloys im looking to get it lowered and have a quote of 160 including the front springs and having them fitted aswell as the torsion bar done. I want it low but not rediculous! With 50mm lowered front does anyone know what i could get done to the back? i dont want it to look stupidly low when having 3 people in the back but i dont want it high when there's not either... The cades are 16's with 205/45 tyres on so it shouldnt be too harsh on the gearbox. Theyre 7.0" wide and to fit to my 206 they came with 10mm spacers being 35 offset, shall i get my arches rolled? This will be it for mods im just going to enjoy my first years driving and hopefully build up my ncb's to set myself up for a nicer car in the future. Thankyou for your help!
Will get some pictures up soon!

why would you need your archs rolled for? nimrods are 16's and have 205/45/16 tyres as standard

The wheels will be fine with your gearbox.
If you'd like your car lowered then give me a shout. £100 labour and can supply springs for either £45 or £60. Both approx -40mm drop. Can also supply some second hand springs, £20 pair.

You spent £480 on brand new cades? Not trying to be harsh but seriously?
If you are going to mod a 1.1 fine, I spent quite a bit on my 1.4 but you can pick up sets of really nice good quality wheels + tyres for well under 200, 300 if you want a nice set.
+ only heard bad things about cades being cheap and poor quality but it's your car so up to you
