If the battery is off surely it can't go off? No power! No bang?

Set your phone to record and pull the plug. If it goes off, you make £250 from Harry Hill and give us all a laugh, if it doesn't then that's just boring. Laughing

After disconnecting the battery, all the power to the airbags should have dissipated after about 20 minutes, making them safe to work on.

It's the sudden power surge the airbags get when you re-connect the battery that you have to worry about Wink

It's OK.

(famous last words)

No it's OK as long as the batt is disconnected and you leave it alone for a while as macca says.

You just pull it (i'd have battery off), well i say pull but i popped it off with a flathead. Either way unless you somehow short it it won't go off.
