I want to buff up the Black on my trims on my car;
Got the Silver, and Black Combo,
I've done my fair amount of spraying, but should I just leave them on and cover up around them and spray over x2 then Laq, or the whole sandpaper, Prime..etc etc.
Any advice is appreciated

You sure yove done your 'fair amount'
The finish is all in the prep work. Get them off and do a propper job.

Took me a while to read what you put as I was side tracked by the huge signature. Can't you tell the admins don't really care about the site anymore.
Just use a decent plastic trim restorer. I just use AG Black dye to colour them if they look faded and then treat with AG Bumper and Trim gel. Keeps them looking tidy.
