been looking at getting all the parts needed seperate as the kits are ober 80 quid

which cable will be good for the 206 im thinking the 170 amp

0 Gauge/4 Gauge wire should be fine. Car Audio shops will sell it. I think the cranking amps on a 206 is under 100A even for the diesel though may be wrong.

the wire on that site is cheaper than amp wire i think an at 110 amp red with 15 quid aint gonna break the bank, what about fusing it?

I wouldnt go close to the amp rating i'd go above it.

Try your local welding supplies shop. Many people i know, including myself have used welder cable, highly sheilded and very flexible. Amp rating is probably through the roof and the price would be a lot less!

0 gauge is a complete overkill and dangerous if not fused correctly

4 gauge may be fine, but I've used 2 just to be sure.

i got some 25mm welding cable 200amps for 24 quid posted so not too bad, was hoping for cheaper but i got it now and plenty left for making a new earth

next problem is where to put it boot or rear footwell and does it have to have a circuit breaker
