Has any one changed the alternator belt on 206 gti.
Im changing my power steering pump and the belt looks tight any advise?

16mm spanner on the tensioner. Easy to change from underneath.

Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible. | |

Yes use a spanner on the bolt on the auto tensioner to loosen the tension on the belt to take it off. Be careful to slowly release the tensioner as it will spring back. To change the belt is a ten minute job max.
