Im sorry if this is a repost, i already had a quick look around a few threads but couldn't find what i was looking for.

My car has been working great for a just under a week as it has just had its clutch replaced and just today i get in to start and not even a crank..... My mum jumped it and the car worked fine again for an hour until i drove it to the local shop turned it off and it wouldn't start again and it wouldn't even crank, except the battery works and seems to be fine, lights work, radio works, multimeter measure that the battery is working too...... but i wouldn't jump start again and we also tried bounce starting it but still nothing Sad any ideas?????

does sound like an earth problem, could be either as youd have both off when changing a clutch

Crank sensor is a usual problem when the clutch has been changed.

cheers for responses guys, clutch was replaced 5 days ago and is now back at the garage where it was fitted, I'm sure if it is the earth wire its most likely there fault which should result in no charges. So fingers crossed Smile

Yeh there's an earth wire attached to the gearbox which they took off to change the clutch.
